A general Request For Proposal (RFP) includes your company/organization's contact information, along with a brief company/organization description. Please include the following five basic elements in the body of the RFP:

   ·  Needs Statement: A description of your organization's Internet technology needs and/or specific, persistent problems for which you are seeking a resolution.
   ·  Solutions: A describtion of the type of solution you are seeking. Please include detailed and specific functions you would like your website to be able perform.
   ·  Timeframe: When you want SolmarWebShop to begin and end this project.
   ·  Deliverables: A specific description of what you expect from SolmarWebShop upon completion of this project - as much detail as possible is welcomed and appreciated.
   ·  Budget: A preliminary estimate of how much you expect to spend. This enables SolmarWebShop to predetermine technology options and scope of functionality for the initial proposal.

Note: If you require a brand new website, or if our "five basic elements" do not pertain to your situation, please do not hesitate to use a blank format for your RFP.

Upon receiving your RFP, we will review it and contact you no later than the next business day to set up a discovery meeting.
